What We Collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and project details — along with company, project location, budget range, and timeline if you choose to share them. We also record the IP address a submission came from, to help us detect spam and abuse.
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. The only thing this site stores in your browser is a light/dark theme preference, kept locally on your device and never sent to us.
How We Use It
Only to respond to your enquiry.
We use the information you submit to understand the project you're describing and to get back to you with a scope, quotation, or next steps. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.
Who We Share It With
Our team, and the provider that delivers our email.
Enquiries are stored in our content management system, accessible only to authorized Elcosay staff. If email notifications are enabled, a copy of your enquiry is sent to our team through Resend, our email delivery provider — Resend processes the message contents solely to deliver that email and for no other purpose. We don't share your information with any other third party.
Retention & Your Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete it.
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a record of past project discussions; closed-out enquiries are periodically archived. Under the PDPA, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time — see the contact details below.
