Factory / Office Building, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur

For this project, we converted a single-storey warehouse into a 3-storey factory / office building for a petroleum trading company. We built this from the ground based on a design by an architect appointed by the client. Our scope of work includes building services and fire safety as well.

Bungalow Construction,

Selangor & Kuala Lumpur

The core specialty of our company - we have been constructing bungalows in all areas of Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. Our services include design and build for the entire unit, inclusive of both exterior and interior. Over the years, we are proud to say that we serve an ever growing list of satisfied clients.

Multiple Units of Semi-Ds,
Avana, Bukit Serdang

One of our ventures into large-scale residential development, we built 12 units of semi-detached houses complete for a reputable developer. With our experience, we managed to keep costs at bay while maintaining quality to ensure project success and profits for our client!

Auxillary Fire Stations,
Various Parts of Malaysia

One of our ventures into civil construction. We were contracted to build auxillary fire stations in multiple states within Malaysia. This allowed us to diversify our experience and develop a firmer grasp on the technicalities of civil projects.

Islamic School,
Kota Damansara & Kuala Selangor

Another of our ventures into civil projects where we had to build school buildings dedicated to Islamic studies (Sekolah Agama). The large building is located in Kota Damansaara, whereas the smaller unit was constructed in the outskirts of Kuala Selangor.

Lake Perimeter Fencing,
Prime Minister's Office
Putrajaya

One of the various government projects that we were fortunate enough to work on, we had to build the entire wall fence around the lake beside the Prime Minister's Office in Putrajaya. Definitely one of the more interesting projects that we have in our portfolio.
